Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lewe Jewels purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, and what to expect at each step.

01Return eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition;
• In its original packaging, with any tags or protective film still attached;
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns requested after 14 days, or items that do not meet these conditions, may not be accepted, or may only be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

02Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Personalised or made-to-order pieces (such as engraved or custom items) are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are also non-returnable.

03How to start a return

To request a return, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions, including the address to send the item to. Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.

04Return shipping

Unless the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

05Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or design, let us know when you request your return. Exchanges are arranged once your original item has been received and inspected, and are subject to availability. If the replacement item differs in price, we will arrange to charge or refund the difference.

06Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you by email of whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

07Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank or card statement again, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it after this, contact us and we'll look into it for you.

08Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on your preference and availability.

09Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been dispatched; once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies instead.

10Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, your right to cancel a distance sale under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the update takes effect.
