• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging, with any tags or protective film still attached.
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged. Personalised or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
